2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Boost Your Music Career program provides professional musicians with a structured set of career-building services. These services may include press release creation and distribution to international media networks, official jury appointments in NYC-based music competitions subject to CV review and eligibility, competition entry to the NY Classical Debut Awards, and access to a private client area where documentation and certificates are delivered throughout the program.
Additional services and bonuses are described at the time of enrollment and may vary by cohort.
3. ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY
Enrollment is subject to a qualification process. NY Music Dialogues LLC reserves the right to decline enrollment to applicants who do not meet the professional requirements of the program.
Jury appointments are confirmed following a professional review of the client’s CV. Not all applicants may qualify for all jury positions.
4. PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm enrollment. All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. NY Music Dialogues LLC does not store payment card information.
5. QUALITY GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
We are committed to delivering work of the highest professional standard.
Before your first press release is distributed to any media outlet, you will receive it for review and approval. If the content does not meet your professional standards, we will revise it until it does.
If, after revision, you remain unsatisfied with the quality of the work prior to any distribution, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once a press release has been approved by the client and distributed, or once any other program deliverable has been initiated at the client’s request, no refund will be issued.
All other sales are final.
6. DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINE
Services are delivered over a period of approximately four months from the program start date.
Specific timelines for each deliverable are communicated at the time of onboarding through the private client area.
NY Music Dialogues LLC will make every reasonable effort to deliver all program components as described. Timelines may be subject to adjustment due to third-party dependencies, including media networks, competition schedules, and client response times.
7. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
To receive the full program services, clients agree to provide accurate and complete professional information, submit materials, approvals, and responses within the requested timeframes, and maintain a professional standard of conduct in all program-related communications and activities.
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or approvals in a timely manner do not entitle the client to a refund or an extension of program deliverables beyond what NY Music Dialogues LLC determines to be reasonable.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Elite Music Careers provides verifiable professional credentials and career-building services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including employment or job placement, visa or immigration approval, competition awards or prizes, acceptance to specific institutions, or placement in specific media outlets.
The immigration consultation included as a program bonus is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.
